Description
Grant Caldwell was the victim of a horrible explosion six months ago and it’s left him scared on his back, arm and part of his face. Not wanting to be pitied and stared at he’s holed himself up in his house working out and just trying to get by. But then a beautiful new neighbor moves in next door and when he sees her being attacked he can only do one thing…protect her.

Belle has grown up with a lot of health problems and she’s had to deal with a very large, very protective and very Greek family. Now that she has finally moved out on her own, all she wants is a normal, peaceful life. But not only is she about to get the opposite of that, she’s also about to be turned inside out by her sexy new neighbor.

Falling in love is the last thing either of them expects but after running from a psycho killer and surviving, anything is possible….right?

Review
I'm really enjoying this series, especially this book!!! This is the second in the Red Stone Security series and my favorite so far! Beauty and the Beast is my favorite Disney story and this one is kind of a modern day version. I'm loving these characters, especially the men! They're all so macho and take charge, I love it! LOL And the story line is very entertaining too.

Grant is such a sweetie!!! Once again I've fallen in love with a wounded hero, i don't know what it is about them that I love so much but man oh man do I love Grant! He's been through a lot the last year and at the beginning of this book I was really worried about him but he pulled through and in my opinion is a btter man for it. And Belle, she's so perfect for Grant, both of them having gone through so much. It's kinda fitting that with her health problems growing up and his recent injury, that they end up together. Their chemistry was smokin' and I found myself wishing for more love scenes. ;)

This story and characters are well written. I can't really find anything wrong with it. Lots of action! I liked the bad guy in this one more than in the first book. I wasn't able to predict everything this time either, so there were a few surprises in there for me. All in all this is a great read, perfect for a hot summer night or heck maybe for a day at the beach. It's short and sweet!

I give this book 4.5 Moons and I recommend it to all Romantic Suspense lovers out there. Go buy your copy today, you won't regret it!

Ooh--adding it to my list, Beauty + Beast is still my fav. Disney movie, so finding books with the same kind of storyline...awesome! :) Thanks

Enjoy!
