Chloe Zanders works in antiquities, she loves anything old so when she’s sent to deliver an old book to Dageus she can’t help but look around his home at all of the items in his own collection. She had no idea that in doing so she would be putting herself in a world she’d never dreamed of full of time travel and the fae. But she also didn’t expect to fall for the dark seductive man who isn’t quite as dark as he’d like to think.

This book was IN-CRED-IBLE!!!! I’m in love with Dageus, plain and simple! Because I listened to the audio book instead of reading the regular book I got the full effect. Phil Gigante has, by far, the most unbelievably sexy voice! Dageus is so darkly sensual and he has that dangerous air about him, it just makes me melt. Chloe wasn’t really my favorite character, kinda ditzy if you ask me but her and Dageus together made this book. He loved her so fiercely I could feel it while reading. I don’t think I’ll ever find another highlander book even close to this good.
