Terry Spear Countdown to Howl Book Blogger Hop

Welcome to our virtual stop of Terry Spear's Countdown to Howl Book Blogger Hop.
Ways a Wolf Woos His Potential Mate in Paradise
By Terry Spear

First, I have to say that if you asked this of Duncan MacNeill, he would have raised a brow and looked askance at you. HE is a warrior wolf with one mission in mind—track down the man who stole the pack’s money, and return it to his clan.

He’s not one to be distracted. He doesn’t bring a bathing suit to the island because why should he? If he goes swimming, it’s most likely going to be in his wolf coat as he’s chasing the thief. Swimming for fun? No way.

And when he swims in a cold lach back home? He never bothers with a swimsuit!

They’re strapped for funds, so he’s visiting on a very limited, strict budget. No fancy dinner cruises, feeding the stingray excursions, no teaching pirates a thing or two on a pirate cruise, no dining out except to eat just the bare minimum to keep him going, staying at the cheapest place he can find. It’s a paradise hideaway for one big-time swindler, but for Duncan? It’s strictly business.

That is until he meets a lone she-wolf at the airport.

She’s not just a lone she-wolf either—but one with attitude—adorned in silver when his kind normally avoid the stuff. And she’s wearing the Scottish rampant lion in a snug shirt stretched across her breasts. Which means? She’s Scottish, or has Scottish heritage. And he’s instantly interested.

Even so, he’s still got a mission. But now he’s thinking he needs to add “protect the lone she-wolf” while he’s at it. He’s always on target with his main mission though…well, most of the time, when the she-wolf isn’t causing him heartburn—like swimming in the ocean alone at night, and he has to rescue her from the sharks, or visiting the forest reserve and running into HIS prey, which nearly causes him to have heart palpitations.

Okay, so then when the bad guy takes an interest in Shelley, it’s time for Duncan to enjoy all the island has to offer with one hot little wolf—and do what he thought he’d never be caught dead doing—wooing a wolf in paradise.

It’s not all dinners out and that sort of thing either. There’s wolf playing, moonlight runs as wolves, and then, invariably, wolf fights, which goes to prove when a wolf wants to woo another, he has to take the good with the dangerous. He’s a warrior. That part is easy.

So if you want to be wooed by a hot Highland wolf in paradise, check out Duncan, and while you’re at it, maybe YOU can help him shop for a bathing suit. No nude bathing is allowed on Grand Cayman Island!

Congratulations! Love your books!

Wanted to tell you to have your water tested. Mine is very acidic and eats through all metal including sink and tub stoppers. I have to treat it with caustic soda.

Wow this sounds awesome...I love highlanders and throw in some werewolves and I'm hooked. Thanks for the intro!
