Review
This was a pretty good book. I wasn't expecting much since I'd never heard of this author but I'm pleasantly surprised and I will be reading more from this one. This story has all of the things you look for when reading a romantic suspense, action, danger, and little bit of sexual tension and a whole lot of sexual attraction! The story line was well thought out and very well written, quite enjoyable actually.
First I gotta say I have a soft spot for wounded heroes. In this book the hero, Dev Gautier is emotionally wounded and my heart broke for him and what he went through. The man went through some heavy stuff and came out relatively normal though considering, so that made him very intriguing to me. I really felt he was a strong character.
Reaghan Connor, a TV reporter, managed to make him pretty mad sticking his business out for the world to see. She made me a little mad over that whole thing and it was hard for me to like her for a while. Every time he threw something that she said to him, right back at her and she got offended I just wanted to slap her. The man may not be perfect but he's still human. Anyways, I got over that. She finally grew on me a little. It was nice to see them finally accept what they felt for each other. The love scenes were good, not the best I've read but still enjoyable. What I really loved was the banter between the two. It was pretty funny at times when they picked at each other, or maybe I should call it fighting? LOL
Overall I really liked this book. I give it 4 Moons and recommend it to all romantic suspense readers out there. And be sure to check out other books by this author, I know I will be! :)

I LOVED this book! It's Dead Sexy at its finest, the murder-mystery was classic genius.
