Important Announcement for our Followers
To ALL our followers....It is time for Book Lovin' Mamas to make the switch from Blogger to Wordpress.
We do not want to wake up one day and notice that we cannot logon to our blog due to Blogger changing its policies.
We have worked too hard to have that happen...so it is long overdue, we have moved over to our domain.
It will make it easier for YA'LL to find us.
We have already started to post over at the new site...and August 1st will be official day we say GOODBYE to this site for good.
We would love for you to follow us over at our new site because we LOVE and appreciate you all for being with us on our Blogger site.

April's Author Spotlight Interview w/ Lisa Kessler
For our spotlight this month we chose Lisa Kessler as our Author! She was kind enough to answer some questions for us, so enjoy! And make sure you check out both giveaways at the bottom of this post!!!
Welcome to Book Lovin’ Mamas! We are so excited to have you
here today!
1. Can you tell us one interesting or random thing
about yourself that we can't find on the internet?
Hmmm….
There’s a lot out there about me! LOL
But here’s something only my family knows. I had a pair of black flats that had one heel
that squeaked. I fondly called that one my squeaky shoe. (original, right?)
Anyway, my squeaky shoe was dying and I bought a replacement pair of black
flats. Happy to report that these shoes
also squeak! LOL All is right with the
world…
I guess that was more random than
interesting! Yeesh! LOL Sorry about
that…
2. What is your favorite type of character to write? Least
favorite?
Oh I love writing a tortured
hero. They’re my favorite! I also enjoy
writing a great villain who pushes the hero to the edge until you’re not sure
how the good guys will win… J I don’t think I have a least favorite…
3. When you are deep into writing what is your biggest pet
peeve?
Laundry and dishes! LOL
4. Who are some of your favorite authors? Favorite books?
I
have SOOO many!!! Authors: Stephen King,
Dean Koontz, Anne Rice, Kelley Armstrong, Patricia Briggs, Jeri Smith-Ready…
etc! J
Favorite Books: The
Mists of Avalon, The Shining, The Stand, The Women of the Otherwold series,
Mercy Thompson and the Alpha & Omega series, Odd Thomas, Water for
Elephants, WVMP Vampire series, Tale of the Body Thief, Pandora, The Vampire
Lestat…. Etc! J
5. When you’re not writing, what are your hobbies/interests?
I love to read and sing. I’m also a
Dancing with the Stars and True Blood fan.
Those are about the only TV shows I’ll watch live…
6. What can we expect
from you in the future for the Night Series?
Night Child is the next book
and it should be out in March of 2014!
Can’t wait! I’m writing the book
now…

Hi Lisa!
I can understand your pet peeves of dishes & laundry.....cleaning is a pet peeve of mine all the time, lol. But especially dishes, I have always hated doing them :(
