To ALL our followers....It is time for Book Lovin' Mamas to make the switch from Blogger to Wordpress.
We do not want to wake up one day and notice that we cannot logon to our blog due to Blogger changing its policies.
We have worked too hard to have that happen...so it is long overdue, we have moved over to our domain.
It will make it easier for YA'LL to find us.
We have already started to post over at the new site...and August 1st will be official day we say GOODBYE to this site for good.
We would love for you to follow us over at our new site because we LOVE and appreciate you all for being with us on our Blogger site.

"Tempted Into Danger" by Melissa Cutler (Guest Post/Excerpt)
Melissa Cutler here and I'm thrilled to be visiting Book
Lovin' Mamas today to talk about my latest action adventure release, TEMPTED
INTO DANGER. I had a great time writing this book, in part because of the
sizzling sexual tension between black ops commando Diego Santero and math whiz
Vanessa Crosby, but also because I loved the setting of Panama.
Panama is a vibrant crossroads of culture, commerce, and
history set amid a lush tropical jungle. The official currency is the US dollar
and the official language is English, yet all the roads are measured in
kilometers and there are pockets of indigenous people who refuse to participate
in the modern world. US senator John McCain was born in the canal zone, which
only recently ceased to become official US soil, and in a matter of hours, you
can drive from the Pacific Ocean to the Caribbean Sea—or you could always take
a boat from one side to the other along the storied Panama Canal. Or, like
Diego and Vanessa, you could always see the sites from a helicopter. I'm not
going to say their helicopter ride in the book is slow and scenic—this is a romantic suspense, after all—but
they certainly get a birds-eye view of this amazing place.

“You’re not going
to cry, are you?”
The ludicrous
question jarred Vanessa from her trancelike melancholy. Diego’s brow was
furrowed and his lips had stretched into a cringe. He fidgeted with the rifle,
his gaze darting anxiously to the car as though he was contemplating escape.
Here was a man who’d jumped onto the roof of a moving minivan, shot and killed
at least one man and shielded her from an explosion with his body…and yet he
was threatened by the possibility of a few tears?
Despite
everything she’d been through and her fear of the future, a spark of affection
had her biting her cheeks to hide a grin. Apparently there wasn’t much
difference between the college football players her dad coached and macho
military alphas. Nothing brought them to their knees faster than the threat of
genuine emotional expression.
She drilled
him with her best offended look and set her hands on her hips. “I might cry.
What are you going to do about it?”
He squirmed,
then scratched his head. His eyes shifted to the car again, then the jungle
beyond. “Look, forget I said that.”
She
shouldn’t mess with him, really. This man was the only thing standing between
her and certain death at the hands of a whole bunch of bad guys—but she
couldn’t help it. She sniffed to draw his gaze back to her, then blinked hard,
jarring a tear loose. It started a slow roll over her cheek.
He stared at
her, his eyes dark and serious. Then he startled and took off in a fast stride
to the car. “Time for us for bolt. The longer we’re on the grid, the more
danger you’re in.”
He opened
the backseat door for her and jumped into the driver seat. Yep. Her assessment
had been right. The man of steel had a soft and gooey center.

Melissa
Cutler knows she has the best job in the world, dividing her time between her
