USA Today Best-selling author Cynthia Eden has written over twenty-five novels and novellas. She was named as a 2013 RITA® finalist for her paranormal romance, ANGEL IN CHAINS, and, in 2011, Cynthia Eden was a RITA finalist for her romantic suspense, DEADLY FEAR.
Cynthia is a southern girl who loves horror movies, chocolate, and happy endings. She has always wanted to write (don’t most authors say that?), and particularly enjoys creating stories about monsters–vampires, werewolves, and even the real-life monsters that populate her romantic suspense stories.
Cynthia’s foreign sales for her books include translations to Japan, Germany, Thailand, Greece, and Brazil.
(Back in the day…) Cynthia graduated summa cum laude from the University of South Alabama where she studied Sociology (because people interest her) and Communication (because she likes to write about said people). Cynthia has worked as a college admissions counselor, a teacher, and as an editor. But now, Cynthia is thrilled to be spending her days making up stories.

Cover Reveal: "Hold On To Me" by Elisabeth Naughton
Welcome to our virtual tour stop of Elisabeth Naughton's Hold On To Me Cover Reveal Blitz brought to you by Enchantress Book Blog Tours.
Hold On To Me
by: Elisabeth Naughton
Description:
He thinks he’s finally found the one.
Mitch Mathews never believed in love—at least not the happily ever after kind. Then he met Simone Conners. Just one night with the sexy lawyer made him reevaluate his priorities and look toward a future he never planned. The only hang up is making her see it too.
She’s almost ready for a second chance.
What started out as a casual hookup with a rugged geologist has turned into something a whole lot more. Simone’s on the verge of handing over her heart, but fear over what Mitch will say and do when he learns who she used to be holds her back.
The past could destroy their future...
Just when Simone is about to take a chance on forever with Mitch, the mistakes of her past catch up with her. Suddenly it’s not just her safety on the line anymore, it’s his too. Forced into hiding, Mitch demands answers, and Simone realizes the only way to protect everything she holds dear is to delve into a past she’s spent fourteen years trying to forget. As they search for the truth, they discover secrets, lies and a rekindled passion that burns hotter than before. But they also uncover a conspiracy that threatens the very fabric of society. One that could cost them more than just their future…it could cost them their lives.
I was never one of those people who knew they
wanted to be an author at the age of six. I didn’t have imaginary friends. I
didn’t write stories in my journal or entertain my relatives by firelight after
Thanksgiving dinner. For the most part, I was just a normal, everyday kid. I
liked to read, but I wasn’t exceptional
at it. And when my teachers complimented me on my writing abilities, I brushed
them off. I did, however, always have a penchant for the unique and absurd. And
as my mother told me all throughout my childhood, I should have been an
actress—I was a drama queen before my time.
Years ago, my husband bought me Scarlett: The Sequel to Gone With The Wind. If you
ever saw the book, you know it’s a long one. I sat and read that thing from
cover to cover, and dreamed of one day being a writer. But I didn’t actually
try my hand at writing until years later when I quit my teaching job to stay
home with my kids. And my husband? After that week of reading where I neglected
him and everything else until I finished Scarlett,
he vowed never to buy me another book again. Little did he know I’d one day end
up sitting at a keyboard all day drafting my own stories.
My writing
journey has not been easy. I didn’t just sit down one day, decide I was going
to write a book and voila! sell
my very first attempt. As most authors will probably agree, the path to
publication is filled with hours of work, pulling all-nighters I thought I’d
given up in college, sacrifices, rejections, but a love I discovered along the
way I just can’t live without. Instead of a big, thick book to read by
lamplight (I do read much smaller ones when I get the chance), I’ve traded in
my reading obsession for a laptop. And I’ve never been happier.
I’m one of
the lucky ones. I have a wonderful family and fabulous husband who put up with
my writing—and obsessive personality—even when life is chaotic. More than once
my kids have been late to swimming or baseball because I needed just five more
minutes to finish a scene. Their support and encouragement mean the world to
me. I also have amazing friends and a support network I couldn’t survive
without. So to all of you out there who have encouraged me along the way, sent
me emails and fan letters, phone calls and congratulations, I just want to say,
thank you. You make this whole writing gig that much more enjoyable. I truly
wouldn’t be here without you.

Happy Release Day - "Avenging Angel" by Cynthia Eden
Release Day Blitz Avenging Angel by Cynthia Eden brought to you by Enchantress of Books Blog Tours.
Avenging Angel
(The Fallen #4)
by: Cynthia Eden
Publishing Date: 5/28/13
Publisher: Brava
Genre: Paranormal Romance
Description:
EARTHLY DELIGHTS
With a messed up family background and a tendency to grow claws and fangs, Tanner Chance isn’t exactly the boy next door. But he’s a decent cop, and he keeps himself on the side of the good guys. Convenient, because when he rescues a survivor of a horrific shifter attack he finds himself instantly smitten—with an honest-to-goodness angel, as innocent as she is irresistible.
Marna may be angelic, but she’s not stupid or weak. She can take care of herself. Tanner is more temptation than protection anyway. Or so she thinks, until someone wearing her face starts taking out some of New Orleans’ more unsavory paranormals. With police and predators both gunning for her blood, Marna has no choice but to trust Tanner…even though what’s sparking between them is hotter than anything holy.
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
The delicate angel had broken.Did she even realize that tears slid down her cheeks? Tanner Chance kept guard by her side. His hand was on her arm, stroking her.
He couldn’t seem to stop touching her.
They’d found her body in the swamp. At first, he’d thought that she was already dead.
So much blood.
Then she’d moved, and he’d realized just what his sick freak of a brother had done.
Sliced the wings right off an angel.
Her lashes lifted and her eyes, the palest blue he’d ever seen, locked right on him. No, those eyes seemed to see right through him. Tanner cleared his throat. He was a cop. He’d spent too many years seeing blank expressions like that on the faces of victims. “You…you’re safe now.” He’d keep her safe.
“You just need to rest.”
She didn’t speak, and he didn’t know what else he was supposed to say to her. He never knew what to say to the victims. He just knew how to make the bastards who hurt them pay.
He was very good at delivering justice. But this time…
An angel.
She had to hate him. She knew who he was. Knew that his brother was the fucked-up asshole who’d tortured her. Tanner cleared his throat and finally managed to tell her, “I’m not like him.”
Her eyes never left his.
And he was still touching her. Her skin was the softest he’d ever felt. The smoothest. Her flesh was golden and perfect.
Or, it had been, until claws had ripped into her back and torn that flesh wide open.
Her breath exhaled softly. “When I’m stronger…”
Tanner leaned closer because he could barely hear her words. “What is it? What do you need?” Anything. He’d do—
“When I’m stronger, you should…stay away from me.”
He glanced at her small hands. They’d had to bind her wrists when they strapped her down. Not to hurt her, but to keep the little blond angel from hurting them.
The angel before him—Marna—she wasn’t some sweet and gentle guardian angel.
She was an angel of death. One who could, and had, killed with just a touch.
He could touch her all that he wanted. That was the way the game worked with angels. But the instant her hand touched him…
Dead.
If she wanted him dead, all she had to do was touch him, and she could send him straight to hell. She smiled at him. The smile made her seem even lovelier and then the angel said, “When I’m stronger, when I’m free…get as far away from me as you can.” The faintest of pauses then, “Because I’ll have my vengeance.”
She didn’t look so broken anymore.
“Remember…to run, shifter.” He didn’t move, and he damn well kept touching her. “I’m not the running kind.” Not anymore. The scared kid he’d been had died long ago. Now he fought any bastard who came his way—and he made sure to win his battles.
His angel kept her cold smile and told him, “Wait and see…you will be…”

Blog Tour: "Where the Four Winds Collide" by Hildie McQueen (Review) + Giveaway
Welcome to our Virtual tour stop of "Where the Four Winds Collide" by Hildie McQueen brought to you by Enchantress of Books Blog Tours.
Where the Four
Winds Collide
by: Hildie McQueen
Publishing Date: 1/1/2013
Publisher: Desert Breeze Publishing
Genre: Western Romance
Source: Provided for Blog Tour
Description:
Adeline Buckley escapes her abusive father only to find herself in a brothel, on a stagecoach to the untamed west and married to a stranger, all in that order. Plotting another escape becomes harder, the more she gets to know her new husband.
Jackson Pruitt didn’t expect a secretive mail order bride to show up the same week cattle wrestlers absconded with a large part of his herd. The bigger surprise was the loveliness of the woman. Why would a beauty like her need to travel so far to marry?
Jackson and Adeline learn that secrets and marriage do not go hand-in-hand when both of their pasts comes knocking and both have to come to grips with the reality, that sometimes trust comes only after you lose it all.
My Review:
I had the chance to meet Hildie McQueen in person this past February and I have been wanting to read her books every since. I went searching through Goodreads and added them to my TBR list right away after I met her. When I received an email to be apart of Hildie MQueen's Where the Four Winds Collide, I jumped at the chance. It gave me a chance to finally read one of her books and also to kick myself in the butt for not making time sooner to read her books. Now it is my goal to read everything she has written.
I adored every bit of this sweet Western Romance by Hildie McQueen. I have only read a few Western Romances and definitely find this genre up my ally. Brings back memories of me watching my Grandfather watching Western Movies on television whenever I visited him.
Hildie introduces you to Adeline Buckley and how she is running away from the life she has known due to what happened between the man she was supposed to marry and what her father did to her and wanted her to do. The only way to get away from it, is to run away.
She ends up at a brothel where the women there take her in, but once Adeline gets word that her father is looking for her, the women put her on a stage coach to get out of town as soon as possible.
When she reaches Four Winds, she is married by accident to the handsome Jackson Pruitt (who happened to steal my heart because he was such a sweetheart to Adeline). Adeline is mistaken to be a mail order bride, and Jackson has no idea until much later why Adeline happened to be on the stagecoach.
This story definitely has some rough moments in it that may have some people bothered. Poor Adeline has gone through so much, I just wanted to go through the book and comfort her and tell her everything would be alright. She was strong-willed though. It just took her awhile to trust Jackson due to what happened to her in the past. Jackson was bull-headed in one part of the book, I wish I could have slapped him silly, but he had his reasons of being shocked by the news of why Adeline showed up in Four Winds.
Hildie McQueen gives you a sweet western romance about two strangers who fall in love with each other. It may take them awhile to realize it, but once they do, they are inseparable. Adeline and Jackson do have similarities and that is why I believe they definitely were meant to be with each other.
There is not only Adeline and Jackson's story in the book. You will be in the head of Jackson's younger brother, Heath, and his dilemma that he has gone through and what he puts himself into as well. There is also the issue of Jackson's cattle that goes missing and Jackson's and Heath's father appearing after so long being away. There is Adeline's past creeping up to get her as well and I am glad that her past got dealt with quickly and efficiently.
I give this book 4 full moons and highly recommend it to western romance readers out there. Hildie takes you back in time where you find yourself wanting a cowboy for yourself. =)

Blog Tour: "Her Master's Voice" by Vivien Sparx (Review) + Giveaway
Welcome to our Virtual tour stop of Vivien Sparx's Her Master's Voice brought to you by Enchantress of Books Blog Tours.
Her Master's Voice
by: Vivien Sparx
Genre: Erotica (with BDSM elements)
Source: Provided for Blog Tour
Source: Provided for Blog Tour
Description:
When young Kate receives an anonymous text message she doesn't realize how much her world is about to change. Surrendering to her inner most desires Kate soon finds herself submitting to the erotic, sensual and sensitive demands of her mysterious Master.
Drawn into a world of erotic love Kate quickly realizes all that matters in her world is Her Master's Voice.
My Review:
Her Master's Voice is one HOT short book that involves one woman, Kate, who receives one text message one day that turns her into becoming a submissive and changes her world forever.
The text message, turns into a voice, and the voice becomes her Master to obey and cherish. If she does not obey, she will lose the connection with her Master and will be left alone again.
She is forced to do stuff that she normally would never do. Her Master tests her several times and those tests lead to something further.
Her Master's Voice is full of romance, sex, bdsm, and even has F/F elements to it towards the end of Book 2.
(It is all about testing Kate and how far will she go to be with her Master)
Vivien Sparx is definitely a author to keep an eye out for now when it comes to reading erotica/bdsm for me. I loved her writing style and how she told the story of how Kate met her Master. This is my first book from her and definitely not my last.
This book was all about a dom/sub relationship that turns into something else later on.
I definitely enjoyed this book, I wish it could have been a little longer because I definitely would love to have more of Kate and her Master.
I give this book 4.5 moons and highly recommend it to readers who love the genre erotica and love reading about BDSM.
You definitely will be wanting a nice long cold shower after several of the scenes between Kate and her Master when you are done reading it. (I did warn you) =)
I received a complimentary copy of the book for the blog tour in exchange for an honest review. This review is my own opinion and I was not compensated in anyway for it.

Kate got to her knees on the living room floor and tied the red scarf around her head to blindfold herself. In the sudden darkness Kate's senses seemed heightened. Every small sound made her flinch, and her mind quickly became overwhelmed with erotic images. Her naked skin felt cool, and yet she felt as though she was on fire. She rested her hands on her thighs. Her palms were sweating. The silence seemed to slow time. She became aware of every new sound, and each small noise took on greater importance. Her attention was tuned to the sound of the front door, and when she heard the scrape of distant shuffling her body suddenly tensed in anticipation. A shudder thrilled through her body and her breath caught in the back of her throat.
Then she heard the door swinging slowly open.
He was here!
Kate's body tensed. She heard his soft footsteps as he crossed the room. She could feel him nearby, standing somewhere in front of her. She gulped and licked her lips nervously.
"You are perfectly safe," her Master said, and Kate felt herself literally melting at the deep confident assurance in his voice.
She nodded, not trusting herself to speak.
More footsteps. Kate sensed him walking around her, as if he was inspecting his new property. She straightened her back.
"You are beautiful," he said. By the sound of his voice, Kate knew he was standing close behind her. She stayed silent, and now he was here, now it was all really happening... her mind was blank. Her whole focus was on the sound of his voice and the sense of him being near her.
As a writer of erotic romance, the beauty of the genre is not in creating lavish settings for my stories.
Nor is my fascination for erotic romance drawn from the opportunity to create handsome heroes and beautiful heroines.
My real love for the genre stems from the opportunity to take my readers on a journey and engage as many of their emotions as possible.
I believe writing erotic romance gives authors the most influence over how a reader feels as we engage them in our stories.
Writers of action books, or horror books certainly can create compelling situations, but with erotic romance we writers can immerse our readers in a multitude of emotions unprecedented in any other form of creative fiction.
I can frustrate readers, make them laugh, make them cry, delight them, intrigue them, inform them – erotic fiction is a total emotional experience, and it is gratifying to hear readers respond to stories with passion.
I believe readers want to be engaged and drawn into the pages of a story, and as a writer of erotic romance, we have the greatest opportunity because our stories are always relatable. They may be fictional worlds and fictional characters, but the themes of love and romance and erotica are so universal, and so personal to each of us that we all respond to stories in different ways.
But we all respond.
And that’s the true joy of writing erotic romance. It matters not so much how you respond as you read… it matters only that you do respond. If a writer can engage you and make you feel, then the story’s journey is one well worth taking.
5 Winners will be selected to receive an e-copy of “Her Master’s Voice”.

Blurb:
He twirled a lock of my dark hair between his fingers, bringing the soft tendril to his nose as he drew in a deep breath.
“Do I still smell like lemon cake?” I asked. My fingers wandered along the tight muscles on his arms, sliding underneath the sleeves of his light grey T-shirt.
He suddenly crouched low and ran his nose along the length of my body—close and inviting. God, I loved it when he did that.
Smelled me.
What a strange thing to love about a man. The gesture felt erotic and the tiny hairs on my arms would stand up. With each inhale, his soft purr rumbled and I pulled his face close to mine, planting a soft kiss on his warm cheek. He caged me with arms that had once climbed a thirty-foot tree with blinding speed to rescue me—his agile body leaping from branch to branch as he held me tightly to him.
“Put your mouth on mine, Little Raven. I’m ready for a taste of lemon cake,” he said in a deep and tumbling voice.
“Maybe I’m not so sweet,” I whispered, wetting my lower lip with a sweep of my tongue.
Logan’s eyes followed every movement, and he licked his lips in response. “I want your mouth… on my mouth. Do it, or else I’ll have to find something else to kiss.”
Down in Texas, there's a woman who drinks copious amounts of vitamin water placed precariously close to her laptop. Yeah, I know. I've got a drinking problem. Hi, I'm Danni.
When I'm not writing (which is all the time), I'm listening to obscure music, watching movies, reading, discovering new ways to humiliate myself bowling, and burning up my laptop battery on the internet. I live with a cat who thinks she is a dog, or a goat (she eats plastic, so I'm not sure which).
Some people count sheep when they have insomnia. Since I was little, I used to make up stories in my head in a futile attempt to bore myself to sleep. The problem was, I'd get so wrapped up in my "head stories" that I would continue them through the following nights, changing it up each time to make it more exciting. Eventually, I started writing my ideas down more and more, creating short stories which evolved into poetry.
Lots and lots of poetry. It's almost embarrassing that I have an entire box loaded with spiral notebooks filled with furious, heartfelt, and blushing words. Apparently, I had a lot to say.
Another one of my hobbies is digital art. I designed all my book covers.
I am finally doing what I have always wanted to: giving my characters a pulse through publishing. I write adult urban fantasy romance, but I don't like labels. I let the story tell itself, and color outside the lines. I am not a YA author, but I think it’s pretty great that there are so many books available to teens in Urban Fantasy and Paranormal. These are the future readers!
The work that goes behind self publishing is hard work, I won't lie. On top of my regular day job: I write, edit, format, create cover art, and market.
