My Review:

Karin Tabke has blown me away once again when it comes to sucking me into the story and leaving me hanging at the very end.  I am still in shock at that ending and I'm definitely itching for the next book already. I need some more of the sexy copy named Simon.  Please...can I have some more of him.  He can handcuff me any day.  

If you have never read of Karin Tabke's books, shame on you, the woman is brilliant when it comes to writing romance books.  She throws in an amazing storyline with two characters (even when The Dare is a shorter length book then I am used to from Karin), and also throws in some freaking hot sex scenes between those characters. (I still cannot stop thinking about those scenes...) Although, be prepared for some really kinky stuff in The Dare.  A threesome...maybe...and maybe even more kinky stuff that will make you want to slap around the dirtbag that the female character, Katrina was with at first...and then you may want to slap her around at the very end....BECAUSE how in the heck did she just do that at the very end with a certain character...I have no clue.  

Since The Dare is such a short book, I will not spoil anything about this book because I do not want to give anything away.  I will say this...I highly recommend this book for the contemporary romance and erotica readers out there.  You will not be disappointed.  You may be mad by the cliffhanger, but you will begging for more after you read the last sentence in the book. I am definitely intrigued after that last sentence.  =)  

This book involves a very intellectual, brilliant, and beautiful female character named Katrina, who is about to write off men completely...until that one scene between a certain character, who carries a gun and a badge.  He did things to her and she did things with him, she never would have done.  

I give this book 5 full moons and here is hoping Karin Tabke brings out the next installment soon.  I need some more of Simon and Katrina.  Katrina deserves some happiness and I believe Simon can change her mind about men.  =)

My Review:
Naughty Girl is my first book I have ever read from author Scarlett Metal.  I am always looking for new authors to read from and I thought I give Naughty Girl a try since the synopsis definitely intrigued me.

This book is a very short quick read that is a erotic read with light bdsm.  You may require to take a cool shower after a few scenes with the characters.  Anyone can read it within a hour or less depending on if you have no distractions around you.

Alex is a sub, who is not looking to be collared.  Instead, she just wants to have fun with the doms she finds in the club she frequently visits.  When she comes across Paul, who is a dom, she may reconsider being collared because there is something about Paul that tempts her.  Paul is not looking for a serious dom/sub relationship after being heart broken by his wife/sub.  Unfortunately, Alex definitely makes him realize how every sub is definitely different from all others.

Scarlett Metal gives you a quick story about a dom and sub that meet each other expectedly and how well they work together.  The only thing I did like about Naughty Girl was how it only touch bases on both the characters, especially Paul.  I would have loved to know more about him and why his wife/sub decided to hurt him.

I did enjoy Scarlett's writing style and how she had both of the characters find each other and help each other.

If you are looking for a short erotic/light bdsm read then Naughty Girl is definitely your book.  I give this book 3.5 moons and recommend it to readers who love reading about doms and subs.

My Review:
Her Master's Voice is one HOT short book that involves one woman, Kate, who receives one text message one day that turns her into becoming a submissive and changes her world forever.
The text message, turns into a voice, and the voice becomes her Master to obey and cherish.  If she does not obey, she will lose the connection with her Master and will be left alone again.
She is forced to do stuff that she normally would never do.  Her Master tests her several times and those tests lead to something further.
Her Master's Voice is full of romance, sex, bdsm, and even has F/F elements to it towards the end of Book 2.
(It is all about testing Kate and how far will she go to be with her Master)

Vivien Sparx is definitely a author to keep an eye out for now when it comes to reading erotica/bdsm for me.  I loved her writing style and how she told the story of how Kate met her Master.  This is my first book from her and definitely not my last.
This book was all about a dom/sub relationship that turns into something else later on.
I definitely enjoyed this book, I wish it could have been a little longer because I definitely would love to have more of Kate and her Master.

I give this book 4.5 moons and highly recommend it to readers who love the genre erotica and love reading about BDSM.
You definitely will be wanting a nice long cold shower after several of the scenes between Kate and her Master when you are done reading it.  (I did warn you)  =)

As a writer of erotic romance, the beauty of the genre is not in creating lavish settings for my stories. 

Nor is my fascination for erotic romance drawn from the opportunity to create handsome heroes and beautiful heroines. My real love for the genre stems from the opportunity to take my readers on a journey and engage as many of their emotions as possible. 

I believe writing erotic romance gives authors the most influence over how a reader feels as we engage them in our stories. 

Writers of action books, or horror books certainly can create compelling situations, but with erotic romance we writers can immerse our readers in a multitude of emotions unprecedented in any other form of creative fiction. 

I can frustrate readers, make them laugh, make them cry, delight them, intrigue them, inform them – erotic fiction is a total emotional experience, and it is gratifying to hear readers respond to stories with passion. 

I believe readers want to be engaged and drawn into the pages of a story, and as a writer of erotic romance, we have the greatest opportunity because our stories are always relatable. They may be fictional worlds and fictional characters, but the themes of love and romance and erotica are so universal, and so personal to each of us that we all respond to stories in different ways. 

But we all respond. 

And that’s the true joy of writing erotic romance. It matters not so much how you respond as you read… it matters only that you do respond. If a writer can engage you and make you feel, then the story’s journey is one well worth taking.

My Review:
Romantic Tales: Bedtime Stories, Episode Four is a great read for bed time.  Be ready for some steamy, romantic stories from Riley Ross, Tigris Eden, and Ty Langston.

I am so happy that Riley Ross decided to continue with Juliet and Mike's story.  I wanted to know what happened between these two love birds and this short story of them definitely intrigued it.  Juliet and Mike have a very steamy relationship and they definitely are in love with each other.  In, "Nothing Else Matters", they are married now and of course Juliet still has her mother-in-law that has issues with her.  This time Riley gives you a little drama...but not with Juliet and Mike...but what is going on with Mike's parents.  This was really short, but I did enjoy Juliet sticking up for herself and also being there for Mike's Dad.  Riley did leave you wondering what is going to happen next.

Tigris Eden gives you another story in this Episode that takes you into the future where there are female assassins that can kick your butt and maybe or maybe not ask questions later because they are not really into small talk.  They are just meant to do their job.  I definitely enjoyed every minute of this story because I just love when females can confuse males...and they definitely did in this book.  They also proved how superior females can be over males.  Tigris even gives you some tension between the characters.  =)  I look forward to reading what Tigris does in the next episode.

Ty Langston's story "Mail order Groom" to me was a very sad story to end the bedtime tales.  I felt terrible for Jessica, the female character that is introduced in this story.  She goes through a lot in the short chapters and her a-hole of a boyfriend, Chad...well...he is a a-hole.  The way he broke up with her and what he did before he broke up with her.  You jerk.  I could literally kick his butt for Jessica.
Ty leaves you hanging with the cliffhanger.  She introduces you to Jessica, and then introduces you to another character who most likely will play a major role in the next episode.  I was intrigued when he was introduced.

If you are looking for a short read before bed, then I definitely recommend this book.  If you have not read the first season, I recommend those as well.
I give this book 4 full moons and recommend it to romance readers out there.

There is really not much to say... I love to write, read, and listen to music. My attempt at a music career sadly ended at the Apollo one warm night in May! LOL (Side note: I was not booed just outdone by two munchkins rapping to Biggy Smalls but they were good!) Military brat extraordinaire; have traveled to a lot of interesting places. The very first time I put pen to paper in story fashion, was in 6th grade. It was called The Case of the Missing Pepperoni.
